This is a simple and convenient way to complete your annual homeschool portfolio evaluation online and contact-free! Since it’s done asynchronously, there’s no need to schedule an appointment. Just fill out the online form with detailed information about your child's progress and choose how you'd like to submit evidence of their progress for the past year.
What should you send? It depends on your homeschooling style! If you use an online curriculum, you can provide a PDF report showing your child's progress, grades, and more. If you use workbooks, simply send some samples of pages from each subject. Other suggestions include:

A list of reading books

Photos of art or other creative projects

A link to your child's YouTube channel

A link to your family's homeschool social media page

Please note that sibling discounts are not available when paying directly from your child's scholarship. Our easy-to-use online form will guide you through the process step by step, making submissions as simple as A-B-C, 1-2-3!

Send report of progress from any online curriculum programs that you use: Time4Learning, Teaching Textbooks, Miacademy, FLVS Flex, etc.

Send 3-5 photo samples of your child's school work from each subject.

Send 30-second video clips flipping through samples of work from each subject.

Send a link to your Google Drive with samples of work for each subject.

We offer Rush Services!
Our standard turnaround time during the non-peak season is 5-7 business days. However, during the peak season (April through August), evaluations may take 2-4 weeks to process. We encourage parents to start the evaluation process as early as possible, as evaluations are completed in the order they are received.
Please note, your child does not need to have completed 100% of their courses or curriculum to demonstrate progress for the past year. We also recognize that many families homeschool year-round, so their academic calendar may not align with traditional public or private school schedules.
On our intake form, we ask for your due date so we can prioritize your evaluation accordingly. However, we understand that life happens, and deadlines can sometimes sneak up on you. If you need your evaluation completed sooner, we offer rush services for an additional fee:

$25 Rush Fee: Evaluation completed within 3-5 business days after receiving payment and evidence of progress.

$50 Rush Fee: Evaluation completed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment and evidence of progress.
